As literary scholar and publisher by training, books have always been a substantial part of my life, from titles published under my own name to books written for and with chefs, sommeliers and hospitality entrepreneurs.
In each case, my role goes beyond simply writing: I shape tone, rhythm and voice of a book, in a way that feels both credible and true to the project.
