Journalism is about observing, questioning and reporting independently. Curation is about connecting: bringing together people, ideas and perspectives to create something meaningful in a shared context.

I curate projects for festivals, cultural and public institutions operating at the intersection of food, culture and hospitality.  The form may vary - from speaker programmes and event line-ups to exhibitions and tastings - but the work always begins with finding the right fit.
