Teaching

Teaching is one of the ways I share my experience in hospitality, whether through sector organisations, educational institutions or more tailored one-to-one sessions. This can take the form of guest lectures, supervising master’s theses or mentoring interns.

I do not teach people how to cook, but how to look at their own practice, identify what defines them, and express it more clearly. After all, a day without learning something new is a day not fully lived.
